ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK / ADMIN CLERK
On behalf of our Client based in Central Trinidad, BOALSA Solutions is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Accounts Payable Clerk / Admin Clerk.
Coding and entering of invoices on computerized software package
Assist in the payroll function
Office Administration duties – preparing letters, quotations, filing of documentation and handling of incoming and outgoing calls
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
5 O’ levels (including Maths & English)
Experience using Peachtree accounting software
Experience working in an Accounting Department for at least one year
Good Organization and interpersonal skills
Should be a Team Player
